Manufacturing Warranties

Our products include full manufacturing warranties that deem products to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the time of shipment from our plant (unless otherwise stated). After this time the manufacturing warranty will expire and no longer cover any defects in workmanship or material. We guarantee that we will replace parts, which prove to be defective upon our inspection, free of charge and we will correct any consequential damage to the cylinder resulting from a failure, subject to the conditions of this limited warranty as long as the damage has not been caused by misuse or alteration.

If All Phase Hydraulics deems a warranty claim to be legitimate the parts will be replaced by products comparable in price to the original.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not apply to deterioration resulting from storage; damage sustained in areas beyond our realm of control and is null and void if the product is altered by anyone without our written authorization. It, also, does not include damages caused by accident, fire, lighting, rain, flood, or earthquake.

It is understood by the purchaser, as a condition of the sale, that we do not assume and are not liable for subsequent losses to equipment or material, loss of production or handling costs resulting from a product failure covered by the terms of this guarantee.
